The Seattle Seahawks have just eight days left until the 2026 NFL Draft commences.

The Seahawks own only four picks in this year’s draft. Seattle traded away the No. 132 overall pick in the fourth round, as well as the No. 172 overall pick in the fifth round, to the New Orleans Saints.

Seattle no longer owns the No. 213 overall pick. That now belongs to the Detroit Lions. The Seahawks also traded away the No. 248 overall pick to the Cleveland Browns.

As the draft steadily approaches, let’s take a look at all of the picks that the Seahawks own from rounds 1-7 this year.

• Round 1: No. 32 overall
• Round 2: No. 64 overall
• Round 3: No. 96 overall
• Round 6: No. 188 overall
