Everton are keen on signing West Ham United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer following the Hammers’ relegation, according to The Telegraph. Everton manager David Moyes wants a right-back at the Hill Dickinson Stadium and the 28-year-old West Ham star is being targetted in a £10 million deal. Manchester United bought Wan-Bissaka for £50m from Crystal Palace in 2019 and he moved to the London Stadium club in a £15m deal in 2024.
West Ham need to raise around £150m in player sales to balance the books after getting relegated cost them £100m. Wan-Bissaka is heading to the World Cup with DR Congo next month and Everton will be desperate to get a deal over the line as soon as possible. He is one of the many players expected to leave the Hammers, and a move to the Toffees could appeal to him.
Seamus Coleman is leaving Everton after retiring and Moyes could do with a natural right-back after playing Jake O’Brien out of position for most of the season.
