In Game 7 of their first-round playoff series, the Golden State Warriors delivered a 103-89 statement victory on the road against the 52-win Houston Rockets.

The No. 7-seeded Warriors jumped to a 3-1 lead in the best‑of‑seven, only to see Houston storm back to win Games 5 (131-116) and 6 (115-107).

But in the decisive contest at Toyota Center, Golden State’s balance, highlighted by Buddy Hield’s record‑tying nine three‑pointers and Stephen Curry’s 22 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists, proved too much.

He added 16 points, six rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal in a complete performance that helped seal the win.

Eason, meanwhile, finished the game with five points and five rebounds in 16 minutes of action.

This marks the Warriors' fifth series win against the Rockets since 2015.

In the playoffs, Edwards is averaging 26.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 1.2 steals per game on 42% shooting from the field and 33.3% from deep.
