The Miami Dolphins signed four more young players to futures contracts, the team announced Friday.
Reserve/future deals, typically at the NFL's minimum wage, don’t count against the team’s salary cap or roster limit until the beginning of the next league year. That means they're a way to keep players on the roster while roster limits haven’t yet been expanded back to a maximum of 90 players, which will happen when the new league year begins in March.
The following players are now under contract with the Dolphins:
Daniels spent much of the 2025 season on the Dolphins' practice squad before he was released in early December. The other three additions are newcomers to Miami.
Warren, 26, was a fourth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and spent his first two seasons with the New York Jets where he played in 14 games and started six. He spent all of 2025 on the Atlanta Falcons' practice squad.
Turner, 25, was also a draft pick, who was taken in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft by Washington. He spent the tail end of the 2025 season on the Tennessee Titans' practice squad.
