Makai Lemon is a weapon who can make the least talented NFL offenses a lot more potent. Lemon is a seamless fit in any offense, but there are offenses, such as the Rams or the 49ers, where his skill set will be heightened. Lemon is a prospect who should be at the top of many teams' draft boards.

The Miami Dolphins sending Jaylen Waddle to the Denver Broncos adds texture to this picture. In CBS Sports writer Eric Edholm's latest mock draft, he has Lemon serving as the Waddle replacement. Here is what he had to say about Lemon landing in Miami:

"Wide receiver felt like a big need for the Dolphins even before they dealt Jaylen Waddle to the Broncos. Adding a squeeze of Lemon, who is a strong YAC option, should help new QB Malik Willis."

The Dolphins have looked to make this harder instead of easier on their new starting quarterback, Malik Willis, by trading away Jaylen Waddle. Drafting Makai Lemon would right that wrong. Lemon is a super reliable target, and someone who has a special ability to get open and make big plays happen. The Dolphins' offense right now is just Devon Achane or bust. Adding Lemon would make it just as explosive as it was in previous seasons.
