Dallas Cowboys cornerback DaRon Bland’s season appears to be over.

Bland is facing the possibility of surgery on his left foot, and will seek a second opinion on if surgery is needed or not, sources confirmed to DLLS.

Regardless of the decision, Bland, who has not practiced this week, could end up on injured reserve and is likely to miss the remaining three games of the season.

This would mark the second year in a row, in which Bland would be held out due to a foot injury. The Cowboys’ All-Pro corner suffered stress fracture during the 2024 training camp period, and began the season on injured reserve.

Bland would go on to miss the first 10 games of the 2024 season.

The former 2022 fifth-round draft selection signed a four-year, $92 million extension with $50 million guaranteed just before the start of the 2025 season.

Bland missed Weeks 2 and 3 earlier this year with a foot injury. In 12 games, he’s tallied 45 tackles, six pass breakups and a pick-six during the Cowboys’ 44-32 win over the Washington Commanders back in Week 7.

Dallas who has already been without Trevon Diggs since Week 7, will head into Sunday’s Week 15 contest, with, Shavon Revel Jr., Caelen Carson, Reddy Steward, Trikweze Bridges, and Corey Ballentine.

Josh Butler had his 21-day practice window opened on Wednesday.

Bland and Diggs have appeared in just seven games together since 2023.
