Not that wish either of them anything but the best, but it will be mighty strange to see them on the other side of the field.

Utah Blaze Add Another AFL Legend to Coaching Staff
Leading yard gainer in the history of football will be Receiver Coach for the Utah Blaze
Salt Lake City, UT - July 14, 2005 – In a press conference Thursday, where the Utah AFL officially became the Blaze, the team also made another major announcement. Hunkie Cooper, a legend in arena football and the all team leading yard gainer in the history of football, will be the team’s Receiver/Linebacker Coach. Cooper recently eclipsed Jerry Rice to become the most prolific player in offensive output in all of football. His records are even more impressive when you consider that he achieved them on a 50 yard field.
“Utah football fans may not know who Hunkie Cooper is today, but I predict, before long, he will be a household name around here” said Blaze head coach Danny White. “With Lee Leslie as D-Coordinator and Hunkie on board, we are off to a great start in building a top notch team”. The next step will be signing players which could start as early as next month.
