The Cleveland Cavaliers will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the team’s first NBA championship on June 19 with the opening of the Cavs 2016 Championship Court at Meet Me Here Plaza at East 4th Street and Huron.
Festivities include a wheelchair basketball game at 11 a.m. and a community celebration beginning at noon.
That community party will include a big screen showing of Game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals when the team, led by LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, became the first to overcome a 3-1 deficit to win a championship.
There will also be food trucks and giveaways as well as shopping at Center Court.
