The wait is finally over as the Chicago Bears are gearing up for the start of training camp next week under second-year head coach Ben Johnson, where Chicago is looking to build off their impressive 11-6 season where they won the NFC North and won a playoff game.

Bears rookies, quarterbacks and injured players report to Halas Hall beginning Saturday, July 25. The rest of the team will report to the team's Lake Forest facility on Tuesday, July 28.

Chicago will practice for the first time on Wednesday, July 29, which is closed to the public. The Bears' first open practice will be on Friday, July 31, where a free ticket is required for entry.

The Bears have an impressive group of rookies this year, including some potential immediate contributors. That includes safety Dillon Thieneman, center Logan Jones, tight end Sam Roush, wide receiver Zavion Thomas, cornerback Malik Muhammad, linebacker Keyshaun Elliott and defensive tackle Jordan van den Berg. All seven rookie draft picks are under contract.

Quarterback Caleb Williams is coming off a breakout sophomore season, where he set the NFL world on fire in his first season with head Coach Ben Johnson. Williams orchestrated an NFL-record seven fourth-quarter comebacks, including the playoffs, while setting the Bears' single-season passing record and wowing with his impressive throws and improbable plays.
