Caitlin Clark led the Indiana Fever to an 110-107 comeback victory against the Seattle Storm by producing one of the best performances in WNBA history.
Clark scored a career-high 45 points, two rebounds, 10 assists, four steals, and six three-pointers on 11-for-18 shooting from the field across 29 minutes of action. The Fever star also shot 17-for-19 from the charity stripe.
By doing so, Clark became the first player in WNBA history to record at least 40 points and 10 assists in a single game. The Fever guard also became the fastest player in league history to convert 200 career three-pointers, doing so in 74 games.
Clark is now fifth on the Fever’s career three-pointers list with 204, as she surpassed Tully Bevilaqua. She also became the first player in Fever franchise history to score at least 45 points in a game, breaking Kelsey Mitchell’s previous record of 38 points.

Caitlin Clark couldn’t care less about breaking records, as she is all about leading the Indiana Fever to victory. She scored 16 of her 45 points in the fourth quarter to help her team come back and hang on against the Seattle Storm.
“It’s cool (but) I don’t really care,” Clark said postgame. “I know what I’m capable of, and I know what this team is capable of, and it’s my job to help us win and be the best team in the WNBA, and I don’t think we’re there yet. So it’s my responsibility to help us get there – we’ll keep working.”
“True resiliency, but we’ve got another one tomorrow. So this one is great, but let’s move on. “It was kind of an embarrassing performance on the defensive end, I’ll be honest. We really got to find a way to be better,” she added.
The Fever have now won three of their last four games, and they will look to build a new winning streak when they host the New York Liberty at Gainbridge Fieldhouse tomorrow.
