The NFL Draft is just six days away, which means the spiciest part of the offseason is on the horizon. While everyone is worried about which players their team is going to draft, they are forgetting about the players who may get replaced by those picks. Those are the players who can become instant values on the trade block either during or after the NFL Draft.

Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports published a list of trade bait for all 32 NFL teams ahead of next week's NFL Draft. Within it, he lists pass rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux for the Giants as they are projected to draft Abdul Carter. If they do, it would leave their former top pick in the cold on the edge rusher depth chart.

That is where the Bucs could sweep in and make a move for him.

The Bucs could send a day two pick to the Giants and acquire Kayvon Thibodeaux for a value while he is still on his rookie deal. It wouldn't tie the Bucs to him financially in the long term, and it would give him time to prove himself in his new home.

Being opposite a veteran and former All-Pro like Haason Reddick could also help in his development. All in all, it is a low-risk, high-reward move for Jason Licht, who has a history of pulling those sorts of moves off.
