The Denver Broncos are adding another wide receiver to their training camp roster following a string of injuries to standouts like Courtland Sutton, Jaylen Waddle, and Marvin Mims Jr.
“Per source, Broncos are signing WR Kyre Duplessis, an undrafted rookie from Coastal Carolina and Delaware,” Broncos reporter Mike Klis wrote on his official X account on Friday. “Duplessis worked out Friday morning with three other receivers and won the audition … Duplessis broke out as a 5th-year senior for Blue Hens last year with 60 catches for 824 yds and 5 TDs. Broncos need WR camp depth with Waddle and now Mims gimpy and Sutton getting periodic leg rest.”
Duplessis, 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, spent a 6th and final college season at Delaware in 2025 after playing for Coastal Carolina for 5 seasons and was named All-Conference USA. He spent the 1st part of the summer with the Detroit Lions and had a brief stint with the Seattle Seahawks, where he was waived on August 5 and signed with the Broncos.
