The Baltimore Ravens are searching for a new offensive coordinator, and the team can now take Joe Brady off the board. The talented offensive coordinator has been promoted to the head coach in Buffalo, keeping Brady and Josh Allen intertwined after the Sean McDermott firing.

Under McDermott, Buffalo reached the playoffs in eight of nine seasons, as the Bills won at least one playoff game in six of those appearances, making it all the way to the AFC Championship twice, where they were defeated by Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs both times.

Brady understands that a talented running back is the offense's best friend.

Josh Allen was again an MVP candidate, while James Cook won his first rushing title this season, and the Bills led the NFL in rushing yards.

This season, Buffalo's offense was third in offensive EPA (94.6), fifth in scoring (27.3 points per game), and fourth in yards per play (6.1). In his three seasons as the Bills' full-time offensive coordinator, the unit has never ranked outside the top 10 in total offense (including No. 4 in both 2023 and 2025) and has been No. 6 or better in scoring.
