Bills hire 3 to enhance fan experience, more at Highmark Stadium

The Buffalo Bills announced on Tuesday, June 16 three new hires to the organization’s front office, all of whom will seek to leverage prior experience in the sports industry to help usher in a new era at the brand-new Highmark Stadium, officially opening later during the summer of 2026.

The press release out of One Bills Drive in Orchard Park, NY states that:

“(w)ith a renewed focus on elevating fan experience and strengthening key business operations, Jason Hartlund, Chief Commercial Officer, has appointed Chadwick Richardson as Senior Director of Game Presentation & Entertainment; Chet Osadchey as Managing Director, Media Sales & Affiliate Relations; and Kelleen (Kelly) Eisenhauer as Senior Director, Partner & Premium Hospitality.”

The Bills are set to embark on a mission aimed at defining a new era of enhanced fan experience at Highmark Stadium. Having most recently served as director of game presentation with the Rams at SoFi Stadium Richardson will be instrumental from a senior leadership role — one that will provide “direct leadership and oversight of the Game Presentation & Entertainment department, including in-game production, entertainment programming, video board operations, music selection, and related fan engagement elements.”

Prior tenures for Richardson included that of director of game productions & fan experience at the University of Southern California, and earlier in the role of creative services & game production manager at Pepperdine University.

In Osadchey, Buffalo now has its desired media leadership in place as the franchise continues building around and out the Buffalo Bills radio network. Osadchey is set to “lead the sales efforts for the Buffalo Bills radio network and oversee the Bills affiliate network.” Prior to joining the Bills, Osadchey held the position of president of Cayuga Media Group and vice president/general manager of Saga Communications the last 14 years. Additionally, Osadchey previously served in leadership positions with Cumulus Media, Citadel Broadcasting, and CBS Radio.

To better-enhance hospitality services for all partners and guests of the Bills, Eisenhauer “will guide the organization’s VIP hospitality and service programs.” Eisenhauer is now “responsible for leading the premium service and hospitality strategy for luxury suites, premium clubs, and founding partners,” per the team’s official news release. Before joining the Bills, Eisenhauer was named marketing director, property sales, and experiences at fan-first global agency specialists Elevate.
