Bad blood is headed to Cleveland.
During the RAF 11 post-fight press conference, which ended in a brawl (details here), Real American Freestyle (RAF) announced that three-time former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight title challenger Colby Covington will collide with former UFC Welterweight champion Belal Muhammad in the co-main event of RAF 12 on Sat., Aug. 22, 2026, inside Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
And, yeah, this one already has plenty of heat.
Covington and Muhammad have hated each other for years dating back to their time in UFC, but they never got the chance to settle things inside the Octagon. They did, however, get into it at the RAF 11 post-fight press conference, with Muhammad charging at Covington and kicking “Chaos” after an ugly war of words.
Now, they will settle it on the RAF wrestling mat.
Covington is undefeated under the RAF banner at 4-0 and is coming off his biggest win in the promotion, handing Arman Tsarukyan his first RAF loss in the main event of RAF 11 (watch highlights).
“Chaos” also holds RAF wins over Luke Rockhold, Dillon Danis and Chris Weidman.
He will defend his newly won RAF Cruiserweight Crossover title.
Muhammad, meanwhile, scored his first RAF win by spoiling Ben Askren’s return to — and final match on — the wrestling mats in the RAF 11 co-main event (watch highlights). “Remember the Name” is currently 1-1 under the RAF banner after losing his promotional debut to former two-time NCAA Division I national champion David Carr.
Wrestling legend Jordan Burroughs headlines RAF 12 against Sean Brady. The card will also feature Bo Nickal, Tyron Woodley, and Joaquin Buckley.
