Still hampered by injuries, Paul Pogba is set to make his comeback with AS Monaco very soon.
After more than a year out due to a doping suspension, Paul Pogba has struggled to string together appearances for AS Monaco. Following a period of reconditioning, the midfielder suffered a series of injuries that kept him from playing regularly. So far, the former Manchester United star has only managed three brief appearances in Ligue 1.
Speaking at a press conference this Tuesday ahead of the playoff second leg against PSG, Sébastien Pocognoli provided an update on the 2018 World Cup winner: "His return is becoming clearer. We hope to have him back just before the break and to build with him during the international window. He's fully focused on the team. His plan is well defined."
