Collectively the Diamondbacks are 9 for 59 the last two games (.153) and 0 for 16 with RISP.

With Smith, Waldschmidt, Troy, Vargas, Arenado, Garcia and Del Castillo all slumping they depend far too much on Marte, Carroll, Perdomo and Moreno offensively, especially with Marte and Perdomo having down years.

This is a .500 team if they're lucky.

Awful series for the Dbacks getting swept in Miami. The way they are playing (have lost 10 of last 13) screams sellers! Only 3 hits today. Can't hit with RISP (2-30 this series and 11-for-105 in last 15 games).

D-backs came into today 9-for-86 with runners in scoring position since the end of the Giants/Rockies run. A .105 batting average and .140 slug over the last 12 games. The slug over the first 55 games was .511, easily the best in MLB and an outlier that has come crashing down.
