Detroit Lions' star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown admitted this week he initially had an had a icy cold reaction to playing in the Motor City.

Appearing on Hart’s popular YouTube series "Cold as Balls" (where guests are interviewed while sitting in ice baths), St. Brown got stone cold honest about his initial reaction to being drafted by the Lions in 2021.

“I love the city, but at the time I was like, ‘F---, I’m going to Detroit,’” St. Brown told Hart, recalling the moment he was picked 112th overall by a then-struggling team coming off a 5-11 season.

Hart, a known Philadelphia native and passionate Eagles fan, wasn't surprised: "Yeah, it's tough, cause no there's shot at Detroit. You gotta learn Detroit to love Detroit."

'What happened?' in Commanders game

Over the course of the chilly conversation, the two touched on a range of topics — from the meaning behind St. Brown’s distinctive name to the Lions’ surprising playoff collapse this past season.

Detroit's NFL season came to a halt in January when the Washington Commanders outplayed the Lions, defeating them 45-31 in the NFL title game.

"What happened this year?" Hart said.

"Washington, they played a good game," St. Brown said. "We had some turnovers, you wish you could have those back but, they took care of the ball better than us.

"I think that's really what it came down to: I think we had like four or five turnovers and they had, I don't think they had one."

New season predictions

Hart, who struggled to stay in the icy bathwater, asked St. Brown for his prediction on next season.

"We want to win a Super Bowl," he said, through what appeared to be some chills.

But Hart, loyal to the Eagles, couldn't get onboard with the plan, who is rooting for a second consecutive Super Bowl win for the Birds. The Eagles won the Super Bowl in February, defeating the Kansas City Chiefs, 22-40.

"Hopefully we play you guys in Week One," St. Brown countered.
