A familiar silhouette with details that feel anything but standard
AUGUSTA, GA — Told you we’d keep digging on that one pair from opening day… and sure enough, it didn’t take long for the story to start unfolding.
Adam Scott might’ve just given us the best look yet at Augusta’s most interesting shoe and it didn’t come with a press release.
The FootJoy ambassador posted what appears to be a Player Exclusive Premiere Series Packard, dressed in a subtle Augusta palette with deep green, gold accents, and just enough detailing to reward a closer look. From the speckled midsole to the floral lace dubrae, every touch feels intentional.
It also feels familiar.
FootJoy’s Legends Series quietly did this last year, pairing storytelling with each major. If this is the next chapter, it’s a reminder that sometimes the best product doesn’t need a loud rollout.
And if you’ve been paying really close attention… let’s just say a few pairs have already found their way into the wild.
