Redshirt freshman offensive lineman Ory Williams transferred from LSU to Tennessee following the 2025 football season.

The 6-foot-8, 335-pound offensive lineman appeared in 13 games, including two starts, for the Tigers from 2024-25. He went to LSU from San Marcos High School in San Marcos, Texas where he also played basketball.

Williams transferred and signed with the Vols during the first year in having only a two-week NCAA transfer portal window from Jan. 2 through Jan. 16. He is represented by A&P Agency and co-founders Stefan Aguilera and Jacob Piasecki.

“With no spring portal, and it being pushed to January, the doors opened and doors closed a lot faster than previous years,” Aguilera told Vols Wire. “The portal works best when the athlete is high on the program and the program is high on them. We’re excited to see Ory’s impact this year, he’s got a lot to showcase.”

A&P Agency was founded in July 2021 and is based in Austin, Texas. A&P Agency also represents Tennessee offensive lineman Jeremias Heard, Lady Vols’ golfer Lauren Nguyen and former Vols Princeton Fant and Doneiko Slaughter.

“A big part of our thing, we have athletes who want to sign with us, but we don’t sign everybody,” Piasecki said. “It’s a pretty thorough process. We try to meet as many people as we can in person. We definitely want to go meet prospects. There is a lot you can look at from tape. You can see the football side, but you do not know what is beyond that. You want to go meet the player, meet the family, and get a sense of who you are representing.

“We started out with a handful of clients, scaled to over 150 athletes. Ory was one of the guys that we scouted. Will, our scouting director, he watched Ory’s tape, really familiarized himself and did a deep dive on Ory from knowing him as a person, scouted him and ended up signing him. Then helped him throughout this whole process.”

Through A&P Agency, Williams discussed committing to Tennessee and sixth-year head Josh Heupel.

“During the recruiting process, that was one of the big things for me, to find an offense that I can be suitable in,” Williams said through A&P Agency. “With coach Heupel’s fast-paced offense, I feel like that will be really good for me and the team.

“I had a meeting with the offensive line coach (Glen Elarbee) and I feel like it went really well. The way I fit into the scheme, the way they are going to use me in this offense, I feel like that can help take me to get to the next level, which is the NFL, the ultimate goal."
