The NFL new year doesn't officially start until Wednesday. That hasn't prevented teams from working out trades that will be official when the new year kicks off. On Friday, the Las Vegas Raiders and Baltimore Ravens agreed to a stunning deal. Baltimore will receive 5-time Pro Bowl defensive end Maxx Crosby from Las Vegas in return for its 2026 and 2027 first-round draft picks. The deal ends drama around Crosby, who has starred for a struggling Raiders franchise and was sat down for the final games of the 2025 season.
