The first-ever 2026 FIFA World Cup Halftime Show delivered in a big way on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium, with a star-studded lineup full of pop stars and entertainment icons from around the world.
Justin Bieber, Madonna, Shakira and Burna Boy, and BTS served as co-headliners for the show, which included several cameos throughout the break.
Kicking off the halftime show was Madonna, who entered the field alongside Brazilian soccer legends Ronaldinho and Ronaldo. The Muppets then performed a rendition of “Seven Nation Army,” directed by Gustavo Dudamel.

The show picked up with K-pop band BTS, before Justin Bieber slowed things down for a special World Cup rendition of his song “Everything Hallejah.” Shakira and Burna Boy then re-energized the crowd with a performance of “Dai Dai,” before a new Coldplay song, “Believe in Love,” closed out the show.
