2026 Saints rookie minicamp: Breakdown of invited tryout players

The New Orleans Saints wasted no time following the 2026 NFL Draft by signing several undrafted free agents. For prospects not signed to an undrafted free agent deal, receiving an invitation to a team's rookie minicamp is the next best opportunity. This minicamp consists of a few days of what are essentially tryouts, giving players a chance to earn a contract as undrafted free agents.

So it won't just be the eight-man draft class and ten-man group of rookie free agents working out in Metairie. The Saints have already sent out several invitations to prospects for their upcoming rookie minicamp scheduled for May 8 and 9. This year's attendees include a mix of promising small-school prospects, developmental players, and even a veteran looking to make a return to the NFL.
