ESPN's NFL draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. has released his latest two-round mock ahead of the 2025 draft and and it includes three talented players heading to the Buffalo Bills.

While the Bills could use some help on offense, the defense is the full focus for Kiper.

Buffalo's secondary needs some help. Kiper has both a cornerback and safety heading to the Bills in his projection.

With Buffalo holding three selections in the first two rounds, Kiper stays on the defensive side of the ball outside of the secondary as well. Another defensive line addition is made by the Bills after a few were already made this offseason.

Kiper's latest picks for the Bills in his two-round 2025 mock draft can be found below:

Round 1, pick 30: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky

Kiper's breakdown:

Teams were able to throw against Buffalo last season, completing 68.5% of their passes into coverage. That was fifth worst in the league, and worst among playoff teams. Rasul Douglas is unsigned, and his outside corner spot opposite Christian Benford is currently held by new addition Dane Jackson. More depth is needed.

Hairston can fly. He ran a 4.28-second 40-yard dash at the combine, the fastest time at the event this year. And he has the hands to make plays, with six picks over the past two seasons.

Round 2, pick 56 (via MIA/HOU): Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State

Kiper's breakdown:

Williams is stout against the run up the middle, but he also shows the quickness and suddenness to penetrate the backfield. Over the past two seasons, he had 5.5 sacks, 34 pressures, 16.5 tackles for loss and 21 run stops. He could get into the mix up the middle with Ed Oliver and DaQuan Jones, especially with Larry Ogunjobi suspended for six games.

Round 2, pick 62: Xavier Watts, S, Notre Dame

Kiper's breakdown:

Getting a player with 13 interceptions over the past two seasons (most in the FBS) this late in Round 2 would be great for Buffalo. The Bills took Cole Bishop in this same range (No. 60) last year, and they could continue building up the safety room. Alternatively, the Bills could add another pass catcher; TCU's Savion Williams and Maryland's Tai Felton would be my best available.
