Player Option – The decision is up to the player. If he invokes the option by June 30th, he is under contract for one more season. If he does nothing, he becomes an unrestricted free agent.

Team Option – The decision is up to the team. If the team invokes the option by June 30th, the player is under contract for one more season. If the team does nothing, the player becomes an unrestricted free agent (if the player has three years or less of experience, the team can still then issue him a Qualifying Offer and make him restricted, but this scenario is unlikely).

Early Termination Option – Slightly different from the Player Option, but the decision is up to the player. If he invokes the option by June 30th, he becomes an unrestricted free agent. If he does nothing, he is under contract for the duration of the original deal.

Looks a bit weaker than this years FA class assuming the restricted FAs resign with their current team. Im trying to be optimistic that thunder wont be able to match a big offer for Harden. Ill bet they sign him to an extension before mid-season unless for some reason he doesnt want to be there.

The only things that jump out at me a bit are: P. Millsap, Al Jefferson, Dejuan Blair and Reddick as a backup SG

Wow. I am not really high on any of those sg's. Hopefully we can find one in the draft.

Damn the PGs are STACKED!! I kinda wish now that we didn't spent so much on Dragic...

But then again there's a good chance that Philly, Denver and Golden State all match any offers that Holliday, Lawson and Curry get.

The above list isn't current anymore. A number of key players already re-signed. Harden is about to come off the market as well.

Here's what's left, among the more notable players:

Unrestricted

Chris Paul
Manu Ginobili
Kevin Martin
Stephen Jackson
Josh Smith
David West
Dwight Howard
Andrew Bynum
Al Jefferson

Restricted

Brandon Jennings
Tyreke Evans
Nikola Pekovic

Player Option/ETO

Andre Iguodala
Monta Ellis
OJ Mayo
Ray Allen

Looks like the Suns will have lots of cap space again and no one to spend it on.

Just as well. The timing isn't right for them to make a big FA play anyway; they need to amass some young talent first. That said, I think there's an outside chance that Paul leaves the Clippers, if they implode this year and playing with Griffin is as unpleasant as it looks like it would be.

Eric Bledsoe to me is the most appealing free agent.

Give him a starting position and he is going to be an allstar talent in no time. I loved the guy almost as much as John Wall in college. Had a huge preseason game too.

I'd rather have Bledsoe as my PG of the future than either Dragic or Marshall. Doubt the Clippers can keep both Chris Paul and Bledsoe.

whats shallower, this upcoming FA class or this upcoming draft? Yikes.

Though I agree w/ elindholm, its not time for the Suns to go for a big FA just yet.

I think Tyreke Evans could be a nice addition. Pairing him with Dragic in the backcourt could be an interesting dynamic with both able to play the 1 and 2.

I second that emotion!

As pointed out, his stats in his first two games back were even better than Nash's first two games back. And his defense, of course, light years better.

'Not taking anything away from Steve. 'Just giving Dragic his due.

Wouldn't mind Martin as a stop gap at the SG position until we can get one developed, as long as he isn't too expensive.

I'd rather get Bledsoe and move Dragic to the two than taking any of those crap guards. Tyreke Evans is AWFUL. A shooting guard that can't shoot and needs the ball in his hands all the time to be useful. His game is only suited to be the PG and lineup with a great shooter.

Brandon Jennings is continually getting better too, just won player of the week and leads the league in assists and steals.

Jennings can carry a team on his own for a stretch in a game. Definitely a game changing type of player.
