2000 v. 2001 drafts--Night and Day

Take a look at the 2000 draft class, then look at the 2001 class. What changed? Was someone else in charge of the draft? If the Cardinals can get this thing turned around, I think we might look at 2001 as the starting point. A lot of contributors joined the team that off-season.
