    I find it logical for an owner to stay out of the coaches way. He doesn't know anything about coaching/playing. He THINKS he knows how to run a football org, and I find it MUCH more plausible that his meddling hamstrings Monti at every possible turn. Follow who's in charge of the purse strings.
