    I would add a fourth....make sure Domino's will deliver to you. If there is no infrastructure existing around the development today....chances are there won't be for a long, long time if ever. Some developments will probably end up being modern day ghost towns.

    It is probably a good time to buy given the info above as long as the home is not in a nearly abandoned subdivision that has tons of foreclosures, squatters and the desert is reclaiming. Also, if you plan on being in the house for more than a couple of years...then it is probably a slam dunk...

    I saw the Arctic Monkeys last week headlining with some band The Likes opening up. Would have preferred to see Airborne Toxic Event over The Likes. The Arctic Monkeys were solid. The only issue was the vocals were muddy. Other than that...they were great. How was the sound last night?

    They have most of the networks and you should not miss any programs...but they are dubbed in Canadian. If not, befriend a couple Canadians....one will surely have grey or black market DirecTV.

    I watched most of it...dozed off at the end. Pretty much what you would expect...lots of drama on top of more drama. Ashlee Simpson may actually be a better singer than actress based on her performance. She should really be working as a hostess at California Pizza Kitchen.

    Still not tired of it and loved every minute of last night's episode. I challenge anyone to watch the show and not laugh out loud. Impossible. I would pay $20 to hang around the park and watch people get a beat down by the big balls.

    I was thinking that too as I watched it and it is only 2009....we still have 500 years of natural selection left. We are well on our way to making Mike Judge a Prophet. I still love every minute and can't wait for tonight's episode.
