    Simmons is going to be a nucleus on D for whatever team he lands on. I just don’t see him slipping past Carolina at 7 after the LK retirement. But if it somehow happens, wow. We will be in a good position the next 2-3 years.

    Yes! This make sense. The idea of working contracts over teleconference and agreeing to conditional terms (pending physical) is silly. I’d imagine if this is the direction everyone in the league decides to go, we will see free agency signings strung out over several weeks.

    lawyer stated he legally owned the firearm. His CCW permit was issued in Alabama. he probably neglected to place the weapon in a locked case. Probably just tossed it loosely into the bag. I think he should be sentenced to 40 hours of firearms training. I’ll gladly accept the contract.
