    To me, whining about calls is a type of flopping. You see players like Kobe make that pouty face all the time trying to influence the refs when the replay clearly shows the ref was right with his call. I would like to see this included in the NBA anti-flopping campaign.

    Flopping has been around since referees were invented. You see it in the NFL every sunday. Kind of odd that it's the flavor of the month in the NBA.

    I don't like the rule. Flopping is somewhat subjective and this rule, depending on how liberal it is enforced, could encourage less defensive effort. Would much rather see them cut down on players whining about fouls.

    Regardless, it should have been overturned and ruled incomplete. The defender did not have full control of the ball before it hit the ground. I was surprised the call stood.

    I would argue a run is a much safer play than a kneel & punt (plus you run a few more seconds off the clock). What are the odds of risking a fumble trying to get a first down in that situation vs having the punt mis-snapped, blocked, returned for a TD, or enduring a 20 second miracle Tom Brady...
