    Yeah it’s gonna be amazing when the NFLPA report comes out in a few weeks and only the coaches get good grades. I don’t think assistants add much marginal value. They’re just looking for a job when the music stops.

    I don’t see a path to 10 wins, but regression to the mean and more competent coaching should get us to 6-8 wins. Thats not good, but that should be the minimum expectation for year four of a rebuild an anticipated better coaching staff.
