    To be fair SF was coming off a 6-10 record that year so it wasn't apparent then that they would be as good as they have been the last couple of years thus MIA picking in 20s. HOU may not go from worst to first next year but they have some pieces to be decent and may catch some teams by surprise...

    My biggest gripe is ARZ should have at least gotten the package MIA got from SF (3 first rounders). Anderson is a much more coveted player than Lance was back then, HOU had no leverage.

    A lot of the latest ASU departures are guys from the abysmal recruiting classes the last couple of years who are buried on depth chart with the guys brought in this year. Obviously Coach Kenny needs some schollies if he is targeting some more well regarded kids in transfer portal.

    The guys retained are: 1. Only guys willing to play here 2. Only guys in ARZ's miniscule price range I would have loved for ARZ to take fliers on Amani Oruwariye and Greedy Williams both signed 1 year minimum deals so they easily would have fit under ARZ's 99 cent store budget.
