    I am ok with this list as well. Question for you guys, how many times has a failed head coach found success on his second go around? I think Belichek(sp) is one but I can’t come up with any others off the top of my head. I’m sure there are though

    I would love it if the oline gets taken care of prior to the draft. I’m a huge fan of Gibbs and Bijan and if he’s that then yes please. I also think MO might want a guy that makes an instant impact this year and an impact that fans can see.

    I mean if they make the right moves before the draft I would be ok with it. Assuming he is Gibbs/Bijan level. I haven’t seen him play so I don’t know if that’s true or not.

    I’m not sure how much strength of conference is a big deal to a guy like Harbaugh. That title changes divisions almost every year anyways. Edit: to me that would be a bigger concern if I was first time coach

    He’s been one of if not my favorite player to watch for years. Unfortunately I think he’s gonna have a hard time running as much as he is used to.

    ok so the player is responsible for the three touchdowns but the coach is responsible for stopping the other teams qb? Okie doke On another note, Harbaugh was primarily a ST coach and has all of one year experience as a secondary coach.

    Top 3? I am gonna guess you didn’t watch him play this year. He definitely had a down year when he was playing and he missed four games.

    I’m not sure Monti and his relationships are the asset we think it is. He seems about as likable as a bag of farts.

    He was an interim head coach and the Cards have had success with that.

    Money matters but what it will really come down to is control. I believe one of the reasons Payton didn’t come here is because he would have been hamstrung with Kyler and wouldn’t be given the leeway he was to draft his own guy like he did in Denver.

    I would probably buy some. That’s coming from a guy that hasn’t bought a hat, Tshirt or a jersey(mainly cause I think it’s weird to wear another dudes work clothes) in almost a decade.

    Some folks want someone with no resume at all. Thats fine , there are just some of us that are tired of going down that road. If the infrastructure here is a problem(and it is by all accounts) then the argument to continue hiring the young no resume assistant is even sillier.
