    At this point it's time to protect Beck as well as the locker room, and pay Brissett. Beck still needs more time, and Brissett did ok with hope of an improved run game, etc.

    I'm hoping they win a range of drafts finally this season. Never happens right away, but new coaching in key areas, and recovery will make this a must payout season. The OL and D are key, because of the new regime, strength, and retainage.

    Why are the Cards doing this? It does nothing to develop the qbs, and they could use that to improve another area of the team. A running game is a qbs best friend; so I get the Love pick; but Brissett will tie starter money in on a holdout and they'll placate him? Garbage time production...

    Beck wins the job..better than any damn qb on this roster. This team needs better coaching. The others would take our skill guys and run...coaching needs to be better. I like having a Ram. They don't like each other and I can't wait for McVay to get knocked down a few times.

    The running back room

    It would be great to keep all, but age and health are factors as are the fiscal, business sides. One still wants the Conner that put up all the stats and tds, to add to it. But then reality kind of sets in. I hope I'm wrong, and all 4 play in the #1 rush offense.

    I'd say Brissett gets the extension with Beck learning for a year, or seeing action as the backup. Or they don't pay Brissett, and Beck starts. Both seem possible.
