Will Johnson allowed a QB rating of 109.6. Is he total buns? Is he substantially worse than Denzel Burke?
Or are we choosing evidence because it supports our conclusion, instead of allowing the evidence to lead to the truth?
Are you checking the passer ratings allowed for top corners (confirmation bias) or are you looking at the lowest passer ratings allows for qualifying players?
Obviously Patrick Surtain has 387 targets to date as additional evidence. Burke has 54.
Is Denzel Burke better than Jalen Ramsey?
I wouldn’t be surprised to see an extension between July and October. Maybe you wait and see how he performs in the first month of the season before cracking open the vault.
On the other hand, you can’t walk into 2027 with MHJ as your top wideout.
Talent there is top notch indie girls. Food is good for a high-end chain. Good concept well-executed even if the dining room (at least in DT Gilbert) is too loud.
I mean a QB who throws an INT in 70 passing attempts is what passer rating is meant to measure.
I don’t really trust DB charting data in general (you won’t find me citing it recently good or bad), but 3 INTs in 36 targets (which is around what Burke had) isn’t sustainable or probably...
Nah. There isn’t really any prep for the season going on in these sessions. That’s why all the videos are in slow-motion: so you can’t see them in half speed/basically playing catch.
These guys are professional athletes; they’re mainly concerned with staying in the NFL one more season.
Then they shouldn’t do anything but classroom work at these things. They do little actual work at OTAs for this reason.
And it’s why no one on Hardy drive care as much about who participates as Shane does.
This is interesting. I know some people were Burke doubters. Those numbers seem like something to be excited about. Obviously you’d have hoped for something from the higher-drafted second year players.
