    I wasn't blaming Jacoby at all. I was countering his analogy. But, if you want my opinion on the matter, I'd cut Jacoby before giving him a raise. I also know that they agreed to give him a raise. It makes me question Monti more than some of his other decisions.

    Except in your scenario, he was thrust into the boss role after the old boss was jettisoned. In his time at the helm, he was somehow worse than the last boss you gave a huge balloon package just to go away. Any other business wouldn't give Jacoby a raise; they'd give him a pink slip.

    There are so many things that can cause the issue though, and it isn't necessarily an issue with the forum. It can be how your browser is handling the internet history/cookies. It can be more complex than just saying, 'Fix it!'

    The only way that this makes sense is if they are trying to send some sort of message to other free agents to say 'The Cards aren't that cheap...' Otherwise I'm with you and it makes no sense. Giving a raise to a QB that went 1-11 is mindblowing to me.
