If he is acquirable for lesser pieces, he would be one of the few actual useful guys that could be available and actually fills a need.

I'm not sure how this happens without including either Jalen or Book. I like Sabonis but not at that price. He's due about $45 million and another year at $48 million and 2 years for $93 million isn't very attractive, especially when he only played 19 games this due to meniscus and back issues.

If we could somehow acquire him for Williams and Grayson then I'd consider it but a large part of that is how often Grayson is hurt.

Does anyone seriously want this guy?

I sure don't. Dude has 2 more years for 90 million. Is on the downside of his career, and just missed 60 games.

Well, it depends on what he costs in terms of current players. If he costs them Grayson, Royce, and random pieces, sure, I'd take him.

He rebounds like a mad man, passes the ball well, scores well in the post, has a jumper, and shoots the three well enough to not allow teams to leave him open.

On the other hand, I don't consider him a particularly great defender, nor is he a chippy player. Injury doesn't bother me too much. He is not a player who relies on athleticism, so a torn meniscus really doesn't scare me. I'd trust the coach and the GM to figure out the fit.

The rumor I kind of like is we have interest in Paulo Banchero. But I would want to trade Booker not Jalen Green for him.
Yes, this would definitely be intriguing. But why is Orlando looking to move Banchero?

There's bad blood with Jamaal Mosley (Orlando Coach) and one of their key frontcourt players. I haven't seen it verified it's Banchero but it's either Banchero or Franz Wagner. Wendell Carter doesn't make sense, he's not in position to demand a move, and with Wagner's brother there also I think he would be mentioned in some capacity if Franz really wanted out. Sort of process of elimination leaves Paolo.

Do we build off the brooks, book, green thong or make some moves to be even more competitive. I think that roster is 6-8 seed for the foreseeable future.

I think you entertain booker offers under the table. See what you can get.

In theory, they could build off that core... IF they still had their draft picks or significant cap space. Since they have neither of those, that is a fool's errand.

Therefore, they need to move some current piece to have any reasonable chance to improve. Unfortunately, there isn't much value in all but a couple of tradeable bits - Booker, Green, Brooks. Booker would be by far the best piece to trade since he arguably has the most value and is definitely going to degrade before the Suns are a significant title threat ever again.

Because he’s been bad. They’re better when he’s off the court.

He plays slow and stupid, and he’s a very bad defender.

I would trade Green for him though.

Gotta find my 10 foot pole…

I wouldn’t touch this guy. He can’t stay on the court and he’s been a cream puff.

Giannis absolutely wants to be in Phoenix and is a preferred destination. That's because of Mat Ishbia,Devin Booker, and what they're building! That said, I don't believe the Suns will blow things on an all-in move. Would have to make sense! They love the situation they are in

LOL - what in the hell could we give up, besides Booker and picks to make this happen and why would the Bucks want to do that?

I think you don't move your single season three point record holder. I'm thinking Gillespie sticks. He won't break the bank.
