Has anyone ever sued a sports franchise due to them not operating in good faith? Like season ticket holders realizing MB and his father have never operated this franchise in a professional way?

I mostly kid but there has to be a way for fans to make an owner want to sell.
I'd be up for joining a class-action lawsuit!

What the hell did Bidwill think was going to happen when he fired a HC that had to endure an NFL record for injuries. Whether low football IQ Cardinals fans realize it or not, the REST OF THE NFL has a tremendous amount of respect for Jonathon Gannon. Why would you ever consider taking a job from Bidwill when you know you can get canned when you finish a season with 10,357 players on the IR in a division with 3 of the top 5 HC’s in the league. Typical idiotic Bidwill move to fire JG and ending up with an imbecile option like Vance Joseph.

The PHNX crew are usually half glass full with their takes. Today they are absolutely thrashing the decision to let MLF leave in favor of an interview with Kubiak. Called it amateur hour and a complete lack of self awareness about the Cardinals reputation.

I don’t think anyone is mystified by a coach getting fired after garnering fewer than 20 wins over his first three seasons. It would be more unprecedented for him to keep his job.

The risk of front-loading a bunch of failures and expecting everything to pay off down the road is what if something goes wrong in year 3?

This is a wild take.

The only way this is acceptable is if they are able to get Klint Kubiak.

Injuries, injuries, injuries. Only reason this team didn’t win 11 games this year. It’s undeniable. And now we’re seeing what’s stupid decision it was. When the owner hires you, then guts the roster, and claims to everyone that it would be a rebuild from top to bottom, then you better understand that an injury riddled season like 2025 will force you to add another year to the rebuild. Instead of one step backwards, we’ll now take 3-4 steps backwards.

I want to agree but I think the fact that we were in a prevent defense since week one played a big role as well.

Nope!! Makes perfect sense. Bidwill forced a complete tear down on JG & never took into account what might happen if injuries completely destroyed a season from day 1. A healthy 2026 with JG would be significantly better than anything we’ll now see. The Bidwills have done crap like this for decades & it’s laughable that people either don’t care or act like this is perfectly fine. Exactly why this franchise was a laughingstock under Bill and still is under Mike.

When you’re forced to play rookie 3rd stringers, you’re going to play more vanilla. Just a fact. Teams are always less aggressive earlier in the season because no one plays in preseason games anymore. By the time we wanted to let our regulars loose, we didn’t have any regulars. Bottom line, it was a HUGE mistake to fire JG. And we’re about to find that out.

There was way more to the teams loses this year than injuries. Coaching had alot to do with it.
Probably not but apparently he is coming for an interview.

Likely being used as leverage for the Raiders deal.

To start the season though? Before injuries? I’m not buying it. Coaching played a big role in plenty of those losses.

By this standard we should have never fired Kingsbury then

Our ownership is so unserious. 10 HC openings, and we are very likely to be the last one to hire once again.
