Wilks might be one and done. Poor substitutions. Poor coaching hires. Poor schemes. Inability to use your personnel to it's talents, but would rather push the square peg into the round hole.

I'm with [emoji817] on McCoy...hated the hire from jump. I'm lukewarm on Keim...and I'm a hell no on Wilkes. I think he will do fine, if given time...and if OC is replaced.

Actually the best time for Rosen would be when Rams are up big and playing prevent.

Maybe the defense should do their job and stop them? Force the Rams to use the kicker? This is a scrimmage for the Rams...they are just testing a few plays for when they are against a good opponent

Well, if a QB change works, then it shows it's not all his fault...even though I hate McCoy, if they start playing well and scoring points, I can look the other way.
