If we had a run game we may be able to live with it. But we don't.

Yep.

The last 2 games the Hawks & Falcs have loaded the box & played to guys deep daring Stanton to throw & he has sucked ass. We're so toast the next 4 games against those damn good defenses :sad::mad:

And the Ram's put up 52 today. And allowed 0.

Last I checked were 9-3. Still to early to panic. But BA needs to dumbify the offense for Stanton.

I'll never jump ship. Been through worse as a cards fan. I will always go down with the ship. Have been going down with it for years and right now, it's sinking pretty fast.

I'm not either but I've got arm floaties & a life jacket under my jersey, a survival kit strapped around my waist & sitting in the raft with my good ol friend Wilson with me prepared when the inevitable happens :D

This offense cannot put up any first downs. The defense is going to wear out. Charles is going to eat our lunch next week with the Chiefs

Something is wrong with him. Maybe the hit to the head did some damage.?

I would almost bet that the two picks he threw against Detroit were of greater significance than the blow to the head. I believe that they totally shattered his confidence, after just having thrown two early, and apparently easy, TD's-----only to back them up with two picks. I believe he is psychologically lacking in control right now, and that the likely hood of getting his confidence back is not good at all. Like I said before, good QB's can throw a pick, then come back the next series and negotiate a TD. Stanton has not yet shown that ability.

Agree with this. His stats earlier in the season weren't great but he hung tough vs. Niners. After those picks against the Lions he hasn't been the same. Heck we were in the game in Denver until he went out.

Simplifying the offense won't magically grant Stanton the power to read defenses or throw accurately. Physically he just isn't up to the task of throwing the football at an NFL level.

This is stupid. The drop off from Stanton to Thomas is similar to the drop off from Palmer to Stanton.

If Stanton starts the next four games we will be 9-7 and not make the playoffs. That is just the cold hard fact we will have to get over. Our top priority next year should be a QB that can win if Palmer goes down. We should have taken Johnny Football when we had the chance.

That is not a fact, it's an opinion, or a prediction, maybe even a reaction, but a fact it is not. :)
