Great to hear from you Ericka.

Health to you, Kwamie and the five boys.

One of the Cards players I talked to last week, who checks this board and knows you, had my wife and I laughing because he refers to you as Mrs42, not Ericka.

Merry Christmas to you and yours. We miss you around here.

Hey, Mrs42. How's things in SD? Not much better than here I assume (at least on the football front).

It was good to hear from you. Don't be a stranger.

If we don't hear from you before the new year, Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I didn't mean for anyone to think that I had a problem with the trash talking, I was just joking around about the post, as I said before everyone has as an opinion. I do wonder if Kwamie was the one that sent the reply to you swd, he doesn't visit this site and doesn't do the message board thing since his second year in the league.

But to answer your question, I can only tell you a few things I know of that are done differently with the Chargers. Now you might think they are minimum issues but if you haven't experienced it, it's major. For example, Veterans sit in first class on the away trips, extremely appreciated by the Vets. Practice and training camp is a lot longer and harder from what I was told, but that is the way Marty runs the show, something Kwamie was struggling with in the beginning. They are fined for every little thing. 2 parking passes per player, here I had to take Kwamie to the game 2 hours early come home and go back. Simple but major for me with the kids. After the game there is a tent with catered hot food, wine, beer, sodas and desert for all the players and coaches family and guest so you don't have to go sit & wait hours at the restaurant. I know when I came to the Chargers they arrange my car rentals that I do weekly and my daycare, wasn't offer here. Just small stuff that I know about, but I am not a player so you may be looking for another answer. Some good and not so good on both sides.

We really like it though, a nice change. I am the new girl on the block so I don't know anyone to well. As you can tell I don't talk much :)!

Good to hear from you!

Tell Kwamie that Dave Pasch and I want to play golf with him once his knee is good enough. He stood us up last off-season!

If he needs any extra knee rehab, I know of a good trainer!

Did he have his surgery yet? How is he moving around? Was it just the MCL?

We all miss chilling with you guys at the radio show at Jilly's!

I sent him the radio call of his inteception at Cleveland earlier this year. I am sure that he played it for you. I am just wondering if he put it on his voice mail message like he did when he intercepted McNabb a few years ago!

He has been talking about golf, but mainly playing football again this season. Which won't happen. He doesn't have to have surgery it was a 3rd tear to his MCL. He has been rehabbing and going to treatment since the injury. He still goes to all the meeting and watch films just as if he was not on IR. He just doesn't pratice.

I miss Jilly's too, is it still poppin', I was going to come there one Friday that I didn't travel, but it didn't work out. I will have to before the season ends. He forward me that email you sent, you know I heard it. Tell everyone hello over at the facility!

Someone please e-mail this to Mr. B. These "little" things can really help change the perception around here.

Thanks Mrs. KLass for all of your insight.

It's nice to hear from you, Mrs.42. Glad you're settling in well in SD. I'm always happy to hear about Kwamie's big plays on NFL Prime Time. Oh, and I agree with splurging on the shoes and purse! :)

Hay nyaz, speaking of awesome avatars yours is a beauty. Assuming that's a PRS - is it yours?

Yes, it's a PRS and no, unfortunately it's not mine. I actually grabbed the pic from their Private Stock Calendar and jazzed it up a little bit. Here is the link. I just loved the way this thing looks!

I do play PRS though. I have a Custom 24-10 top-Bird inlays in Vintage Yellow and a Limited Edition Tremonti Tribal. The next step up from there is a Baker or McNaught and now you're taking HUGE bucks. I also have a Martin DGTE-16 Dreadnaught acoustic that sounds absolutely killer.

I am guessing you play too. What do you have?

Your PRS sounds fantastic. I have one too and love it - no fancy inlays like yours though. I've got a pretty nice selection of guitars but check out the link below to see my PRS, Les Paul Black Beauty and my double neck Carvin. The Carvin is a treasure - it plays extremely easy for a double neck with awesome tone and no tuning troubles like a lot of DN's.

Everyone (particularly those with even the barest line of communication with the Cardinal organization) - Print out/and or save Ericka's post and put it in your "things that need to be done differently" folder.

Looks like your PRS is a CE model. I hear good things about those. They have a bolt-on neck, but still sound great and cost $1000-$1500 less than other PRSs. Smart purchase on your part. Just for fun, check out a pic of the tribal and the CU24:

Both pics are not mine actually, but are identical to the one's I have.

Glad to see you still pop in Ericka. Hope the family has a great holiday season. Tell Kwamie that I hope he gets healthy soon. I know from experience that there is nothing worse that having to sit on the sidelines because of injury.

What a nice lady! :)

I definately was a Kwamie basher!

But I understand that this is a business, and how somebody can get frustrated with Cardinals football (I think we all know that).

Best of luck to the Lassiter family.

BTW - I picked him up on my fantasy team before he got injured.

And you never know what you got untill its gone. Lassiter and Jackson as Safties! Wow! That could have been something.

Best of luck next season!

Peace
