Whats up with the clock management? At the end of the first half we run with :03 left instead of kicking a FG. The Czars did that too. Is it a problem with the sim?

I think its us on both teams.

Sprspck/jkf296 - maybe we need to put an extra input w/ some "time" qualifiers - like under 5 seconds in the FG settings.
