Lust for life: Iggy Pop

N.W.O: Ministry

Sister Morphine: Rolling Stones

Propaganda: Sepultura

There's a 1970's punk cover of Machine's "There But For the Grace of God Go I", but I don't know who sings it.

Wild Side- Motley Crue

la Grange- ZZ Top

Mountain Song- Jane's Addiction

Personal Jesus- Depeche Mode

Anything off of the Seahags one and only album.

Gun- Soundgarden

Us progressive metal nerds are so pretentious :D

1. "A Change of Seasons" - Dream Theater (23 minutes long)

2. "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" - Symphony X (also 23 minutes long)

3. "...And Justice for All" - Metallica

4. "Summer Song" - Joe Satriani

5. "Trial of Tears" - Dream Theater

6. "What Doesn't Die" - Anthrax

7. "Hangar 18" - Megadeth

8. "Regular People (Conceit)" - Pantera

9. "Destiny" - StratoVarius

10. "Operation Mindcrime" - Queensryche (technically it's one song...it's a damn rock opera!)

Dream Theatre would be good with a different singer. Bunch of Berkley boys with a horrible singer...

Yeah, LaBrie is really hit or miss. Some people love him, some hate him. I really dug his vocals until the last 2 albums, now he just grates on me. I loved his vocals on Images & Words, Awake, and especially on Falling Into Infinity (some passionate music on that CD), but yeah his voice is DEFINITELY not mainstream and very much like a poor man's Geoff Tate (Queensryche). Problem is Dream Theater is a lot heavier than LaBrie's voice can really go. When he strains, he sounds downright goofy.

Good to see someone else at least knows who they are, Oran. Incredibly talented band, that's for sure.
