11:15 PT: Jay Glazer, of SportsLine.com reports former NFL QB Dave Brown said he would like to return to the league. After a few seasons away from football, Brown wants to return to mentor young QBs and possibly get a shot at starting again.

I tell you what who can blame the guy, I would play 7th string QB till they burried me if they would keep paying me...

I dont care how much money you got, even the minimum pay is damn good...

I read this article somewhere. Brown is working as an investment banker. He said he's been out of the game and has learned a lot from sitting back and watching. Think's he can be another Tommy Maddox. The funniest thing was the only QB he mentioned that he really learned from by watching was Donovan McNabb! Also, he said Plummer could tell anybody what a great mentor he was.
