Lol, all these late moves are KT specials to me

He's grasping at straws

Didn't mean to not use in the right context.
Keim time to me is the late vet signings who have had good careers who he managed to sign and get good play and production out of…. Not an unproven undrafted rookie cornerback who is heading into training camp two weeks late…

Why get frustrated by this?

If the kid shows something, he may find himself on the PS.

As to VETS? We'll see.
If the Cardinals signed Joe Pesci to play DE, you would probably chastise us for doubting the sanity of Keim and company

I don't know why people are angry about this. It's pretty obvious we are going to wait on camp cuts to maybe find someone who is useful.

When every team is carrying like 80 players the available free agents are really weak.

Meh...the upside is he saw a crap ton of passing offenses in the Mountain West...a little bit lesser competition, for sure, but he's had a lot of game film going against offenses that sling it around and he's held his own.

i think given the premium placed on the position - if you are a vet FA CB you wait for training camp / pre season injuries for starters to max whatever comp is coming your way

the $ are different for "veteran depth" vs "I need a starter"

I don't know the guy but even if the chances are thin i really hope he can make it
However i just wondering why Keim or even Joseph have this infatuation toward 5'10/5'11 CB's
Recently when we have had a pretty reliable 6"2 cb(rasul Douglas) they let him go to the Packers and instead they preferred Kevin Peterson Charles Washington and someone else i forget

Most importantly, must this newly acquired player engage in independent study??? ;)
