Sounds like Nick Schmaltz will indeed start as a center for the immediate future, with Chayka mentioning that #Coyotes will eventually see the return of Christian Dvorak and the arrival of Barrett Hayton at some point down the road.

Hayton training in Arizona last we heard. Coyotes likely really think he’s got a strong chance at making the team as ⁦‪@craigsmorgan‬⁩ has pointed out many times.
