    Exactly, and they appreciated Eric Swann (why then everyone was upset when he had to call his career done due to injuries), for the most part we loved Jake the Snake, we appreciated Frank Sanders accordingly too... McKinnon was my first choice which is relevant because back then MLB was more of a run stuffer and the guy did his job with little fanfare

    The crowd cheered when he got hurt. It's basically impossible to be more unappreciated as a pro football player than when your team's fans applaud your injury.
