The SEC baseball regular season is in the books. LSU finished with a series win over South Carolina and earned a double-bye in this week's SEC Tournament. The Tigers hope the resume is strong enough for a top-eight NCAA Tournament seed, no matter what happens in Hoover.

LSU finished the SEC regular season 19-11 in conference play, three games back of Texas, which claimed the regular season title at 22-8. Arkansas finished No. 2 in the conference at 20-10. LSU shares a 19-11 record with Vanderbilt, but the Tigers claim the tiebreaker.

Georgia, Auburn, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Alabama also finished above .500 in conference play.

After a rough start to SEC play, Florida managed to finish at 15-15 after a strong finish. The Gators are well-positioned for an NCAA Tournament bid.

At the bottom of the standings sits 3-27 Missouri. The Tigers were able to avoid a winless conference slate by sweeping Texas A&M earlier this month.
