The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming off a loss to a tough Buffalo Bills team in Week 11. The Bucs had a chance to build some much-needed momentum heading into a tough Week 12 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. Now, they are left picking up the pieces with their third straight loss following their Bye Week.

Following the loss, the Bucs saw their spot in ESPN's Week 12 power rankings dip. They had been in eighth overall spot in the rankings, but now they find themselves in tenth.

Within the rankings, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler was asked who is under the most pressure for every team. For the Bucs, he focused on injured pass rusher Haason Reddick, who was playing well before hurting his ankle and knee.

He writes, "The Bucs gave Reddick $14 million in free agency to aid the pass rush, and so far that investment has led to 1.5 sacks and three games missed -- the last two of which saw Tampa Bay record one total sack as a team. Reddick was once a top-10 edge rusher and Pro Bowler. The Bucs need to see him flash that ability in the worst way upon his return."

Reddick is sorely missed by the Bucs, as when he was on the team, the Bucs had a pass rush led by Yaya Diaby. Now that he is missing time, teams are able to focus on Diaby, and as a result, they are not generating the pressure they need. Reddick has been worth every dime of the deal he signed, but he needs to be on the field.
