Draft starts at 12:00 Noon EST Saturday. That is 9:00 AM Arizona time.

I just moved my TV so that it and my moniter are side-by-side. Beer is in the fridge, and most importantly, the wife is working all weekend....6:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday.

I'm set... Let's get it started!!!!

My wife was supposed to work, but she decided to trade weekends with someone else. She likes the games okay, but she doesn't understand the draft at all. I'll hear at least three times tomorrow, "I can understand watching games, but how can you be glued to the screen for picking teams for God's sake?"

The draft is costing me a crisp $100.00 bill. I am sending the wife out shopping all day saturday. I don't bother with Sunday, I can't afford it

I've already warned my wife how much obnoxious and how much LONGER the NFL Draft is compared to the NBA Draft. Which I watch religiously.

But...I also re-assured her that the NFL Draft only comes around once a year...but then, I get ready for the NBA right away...

Make that a ditto for me too.

Even if she wasn't working my wife knew I was a Cards nut and draft nut when she married me 25 years ago.....she stays clear and since she's the boss at her business she schedules herself to work this week-end.
